I'm Radhika, a seasoned Product (UX/UI) and Digital Designer with a passion for crafting thoughtful, user-centered design solutions. My journey, shaped by moving from India to the U.S. at a young age, has given me a unique perspective on creativity and design.

With a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design and a Minor in Marketing, I’ve built a strong foundation in design principles, user experience, and business strategy. I have over three years of experience designing impactful, data-driven digital solutions for brands and companies, adapting quickly to emerging technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.

Currently pursuing my MPS in Design Management from Pratt Institute, I’m focused on leveraging strategic leadership principles that enhance business viability while also considering the impact on people and the environment. I aim to create solutions that not only elevate the user experience but also drive sustainable, measurable outcomes for businesses, individuals, and communities.

My design approach is deeply rooted in empathy—a value honed through my professional work, personal experiences, and three years as a Resident Assistant during my undergraduate studies.
