To have reminders for bedtime, users need to go through this process. The "generate" process is the preferred way because it will produce more accurate results. The age and gender will determine the amount of sleep a user needs. The falling asleep time is the time that is added to the number of hours of sleep needed. This is because a user does not fall asleep right away. For example, if a user has to get up at 7 am and requires 7 hours of sleep, takes 15 minutes to fall asleep, and wants their reminder 15 minutes before, the reminder will go off at 11:30 pm, telling them to get to bed by 11:45. This way they will fall asleep around 12 am giving the user 7 hours of sleep.
However, if the user decides to self-enter the number of hours they would like to go bed the falling asleep time is not factored in. Using the same example, if a user has to get up at 7 am and requires 7 hours of sleep, and wants their reminder 15 minutes before, the reminder will go off at 11:45 pm, telling them to get to bed by 12 am.
These reminders will enforce the habit of going to bed. It will remind users that it's time to put down what they were doing and take care of their health to have a healthy lifestyle.

10 Design Challenges
One of the big challenges of designing for the Apple Watch is the screen size. Since this is a health and wellness application, having input fields was essential since information varies per user. To overcome this, I used more icons and limited the number of questions. I also made them drop-downs because typing is difficult on the watch because of how small the screen size is.
Another challenge was working with the copy. In the beginning, I had too much copy and it did not provide enough negative space for the user to fully absorb the information. Finding the balance with icons, text input fields, and design elements took time. In the end, I was able to achieve this.
